Once again, the Barnabas Society and Arizona Musicfest are collaborating to present four Friday evening concerts at St. Barnabas in the Desert Episcopal Church in Scottsdale.
Gifted young artists from throughout the Valley will showcase their talents in the intimate setting of Lincoln Hall. Most of these fine musicians will be familiar to Arizona Musicfest audiences, having previously starred as finalists at our spring Young Musicians Competition and also our annual Young Artists Concert.
The first concert of the 2008-2009 season will be held on October 17 at 7:00 pm with subsequent concerts scheduled for December 12, January 23, and April 17. The concerts will last from 45 minutes to one hour, and will be followed by an informal Meet the Musicians reception with refreshments. The public is cordially invited to attend, free of charge.
