Do you have any musical instruments gathering dust? Arizona Musicfest can get them into the little hands of the next generation and bring out all the magic still residing in those instruments. The incredible result of your donation can make a world of difference in some lucky child’s life.
An unplayed but excellent violin came to us recently, was looked at by some of our members, then sent to Warren Cohen, musical director of MusicaNova, who played it and made suggestions. The violin then journeyed to Walter Temme, director of the Phoenix Symphonette Youth Guild Orchestra, where it was immediately given a bow and a case, and after some repairs, found a home in the hands of a student musician in their String Orchestra.
